Behind the project.

Founder

Laetitia Tardif

Born in a mountain village in the Massif-Central into a family of farmers, Laetitia grew up with the values of hard work, resilience and respect for the land. After witnessing the dairy producers' protests, she decided to take action so that their lifelong work could once again be recognized and valued.

Her conviction: restore value to milk that has been overlooked — and with it, income for farmers and a clear direction for the French dairy sector.
