At Reneris Protein, we transform cow's milk containing traces of antibiotics into sustainable dairy proteins: micellar casein, caseinates, and WPC 80+ (whey).

Process overview

No more antibiotics. Just proteins.

Thanks to our patented process, antibiotics are completely removed from the dairy proteins. The result: sustainable proteins, born of a circular economy.

Discarded milk — once treated as waste — becomes a fully usable raw material: traceable, safe, and ready for the chemical, food, and packaging industries.

The mini-plant

Pre-industrial production in Normandy, from 2026.

In 2026, a mini-plant will open in the La Manche department, Normandy. It will produce dairy proteins at pre-industrial scale — in tons — managing the entire process from milk collection to protein production.

The experimental farm

Setting the fair price for upcycled milk, with data.

Our goal is to create an additional source of revenue for dairy farmers by upcycling what would otherwise be waste milk. Alongside the mini-plant — which will purchase this milk — we partner with the Blanche Maison experimental farm in La Manche.

On a herd of around 100 cows, we analyze equipment needs, handling time, and energy consumption — to determine the fair purchase price for this type of milk.
