1. Introduction
Reneris Protein is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to renerisprotein.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" Act.

3. Data we collect
We keep collection to a strict minimum. There are only two situations:
3.1 — You write to us
This website has no form: all contact happens via email at contact@renerisprotein.com . When you write to us, we process the data you voluntarily provide: your email address, your name, and any information your message contains.
3.2 — You browse the website
For each page viewed, we record on the server a strictly anonymized technical log entry containing:
- the date and time of the view,
- the page visited and the referer, if any,
- the User-Agent string sent by your browser,
- a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address, hashed and rotated every week (the raw IP is never stored; linking two weeks of activity is impossible).
No cookies are placed on your device. No third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) are used. If your browser sends the Do Not Track header, no log entry is created for you.

5. Retention period
- Emails received: 3 years from our last exchange.
- Server logs: 13 months maximum, in line with CNIL guidance for technical logs.
6. Recipients
Your data is intended solely for Reneris Protein. It is never sold or shared. It may be processed by our host (OVH SAS, France) acting as a sub-processor with no right to use the data for its own purposes.
7. International transfers
No data is transferred outside the European Union. Hosting, email and application code all sit within French and European jurisdiction.
8. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to define directives on the fate of your data after death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@renerisprotein.com with your request. We reply within one month.
9. Complaint
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL — French Data Protection Authority.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures: site-wide HTTPS, restricted access to server logs, regular component updates, and data minimization.
11. Changes
This policy may evolve. Any change will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
