Our story

The milk no one talks about.

A study by ADEME — the French Agency for Environment and Energy Management — reveals that between 130 and 740 million liters of milk are wasted every year across France, at both dairy farms and processing plants.

These numbers sound huge — and yet this study does not include milk that cannot be processed into food or animal feed because it contains traces of antibiotics.

This often-overlooked milk is a hidden white ocean with serious consequences:

  • Loss of revenue for dairy farmers and processors
  • Environmental impact: CO₂, methane, water use, etc.
  • No possibility of value creation today

The volumes affected? About 2 to 3% of each farm's annual production. In France, the second-largest milk producer in Europe, this represented 600 to 900 million liters of milk in 2022.

Where some see a discard, we see a material worth revealing. Every liter of discarded milk is income lost for a farmer, CO₂ emitted for nothing, water wasted. I have seen it with my own eyes. I decided to act.

Our genesis

A calling born in the Massif‑Central.

Our founder, Laetitia Tardif, was born in a mountain village in the Massif-Central. Growing up in the Auvergne region in a family of farmers, she learned the values of hard work, resilience, and respect for the land.

After witnessing — often helplessly — the various farmers' protests of recent years, especially those of dairy producers, she decided to take action on her own scale, ensuring that these lifelong vocations and the work of entire generations could once again be recognized and valued.

She then joined several incubators in France, turning that vision into a real business.

Our mission and vision

Turning a lost resource into a source of value.

Our mission is to dare to unlock the value of discarded milk streams, creating sustainable resources, boosting farmers' income, and generating tangible environmental impact.

Our vision is to build a world where resources once considered lost become sources of value for farmers, industry, and the environment.
